WELLNESS CENTER

Dunwoody Country Club offers its Members access to a variety of fitness and wellness amenities including personal trainers, specialized exercise classes, small group training, and massage therapy. Our 2900 sq. ft. facility offers 16 various pieces of state of the art cardio equipment and a variety of strength training equipment. We are outfitted with strength equipment ranging from classic selectorized machines that train all of the major muscle groups, to functional equipment including power lifting racks, cable cross, dumbbells, kettlebells, and movable benches.
